The Tennis Insane “My Serve Sucks” Hoodie isn’t just another tennis design. It was born from a real moment on court.
The story goes back to a summer at the Rafa Nadal Academy in Mallorca, where Tennis Insane founder Jaime was working as a tennis coach.
During a serving session, one of the players — a guy from New York — was struggling to find his serve. After another attempt, he looked at it and casually dropped the brutally honest line:
“My serve sucks.”
There was something about the way he said it. Simple, direct and with that unmistakable New York street attitude.
It was funny, but it also felt real.
Because every tennis player has been there.
That moment stayed with us and eventually became the inspiration behind one of Tennis Insane’s most distinctive designs: MY SERVE SUCKS – DON’T CRY.
The back graphic reflects that same energy with repeated “MI SERVE SUCKS” typography, explosive yellow and pink details and the handwritten “DON’T CRY” message across the centre.
